This piece was a poster done by for a non-profit organization, the Humble Kingwood Filipino American Foundation. They were holding a dinner/dance to raise money for victims of the 2004 tsunami. The title of the dinner/dance was "Hearts & Hands Unite to Build a Village", so I created an illustration with that concept in mind. The organization also wanted to stress that it was multicultural, so I used silhouettes to remove any identifying racial features, creating a "one people" feel.
